Worldwide, an independent marketing consultancy based in Beijing, needed
editorial design for their industry whitepapers that would balance information
density with reader engagement. The challenge was transforming text-heavy
research content into an accessible, visually compelling format while
maintaining their established brand identity.
We analyzed R3's existing visual identity to understand their
brand standards, then developed an editorial system that extended their
guidelines into a clear information hierarchy. The goal was to create a design
language that could handle complex data and insights without overwhelming
readers.
We created a flexible layout system anchored by custom
iconography that highlights key information and creates visual rhythm
throughout dense content sections. The design balances R3's professional brand
standards with modern editorial conventions—using whitespace, typographic
hierarchy, and visual markers to guide readers through research findings.
The result is a whitepaper template that positions R3's research
as both authoritative and accessible, supporting their thought leadership in
the marketing consultancy space.
